Develop crucial professional skills in the safety of a mock event

Apprentice reporter Sierra Zanghi nailed her Reporter's Admonition (beginning at 2:45 minutes after Judge Proudfoot's introduction).
What Judge Proudfoot said to the law students after Sierra's admonition had a huge impact (3:34 to 3:55):
"It is your obligation to pay attention to the court reporter and make sure that if she's having any difficulty hearing or understanding you, you adjust it appropriately. If the matter requires that I step in, I believe that is certainly going to reflect on my score of you. And the evaluators, that's up to their discretion."
At the end of the trial, Judge Proudfoot said to my apprentices:
"I would like to thank the court reporters. You enhanced the ability to get through this trial. You did not hinder it in any way. And it's very much appreciated by advocates and judges. I hope that those transcripts will come out really well."
On behalf of court reporters everywhere, thank you, Judge Proudfoot!
Because of her clear, powerful instructions, Sierra, Chandler, and Shai were able to capture the record without needing to interrupt, even though Chandler reported expert witness testimony of two very fast-talking law students.
